Scheduling and Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule through the booking system. As all services are paid for at the time of booking, no refunds will be issued.

Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid for at the time of booking

  • Prices are subject to change

  • Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase

Service Delivery

  • Energy healing sessions are conducted in person

  • Emotional support calls are conducted virtually

  • Session lengths are fixed as described in the booking system

  • Results vary by individual and no specific outcomes are guaranteed

Privacy and Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and sessions. Your personal information is collected solely for appointment scheduling and service delivery, and will never be shared with third parties.

Energy healing is not a substitute for professional medical care. Please consult your healthcare provider for medical conditions. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Communication

By scheduling services, you agree to receive appointment reminders and essential communication regarding your sessions. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
